Yesterday I went running unfortunately half way in my calves started to tighten. Now I have had that before and something went ping so this time I stopped and stretched. That didn’t work well enough so I walked home. I tried to roller my muscles out not much joy there so I decided only one thing that will probably sort it out would be an #aquamassage so I called my friend Kay Klein at InvigR8 Boutique Micro Spa and I am so glad I did. Kay suggested 10 mins on the #vibraplate then 5 mins of strong aqua massage on my legs and then 10 mins of gentle full body aqua massage then drink loads of water all day. I am happy to say as the day went on things improved and today I feel my legs are back to normal.
